Malika had a very short span of marriage with her late husband Sam Kinison. The beautiful couple was married for only six days before Sam died in a tragic car accident.
Actually, Malika had started dating Sam while he was a married man to Terry Marze. Sam eventually fell for Malika and divorced Terry in 1989. The two dated for almost 3 years before tying the knot in April 1992.
Malika and Sam eloped to Las Vegas to get married. They decided to spend their Honeymoon days in Hawaii. However, after six days of an amazing vacation, Sam had to return to Nevada for his show which was his last show.

Kinison claims that Carter raped her five times in a room after her show. Luckily, she ran off to the bathroom, escaping away from the spot.
Malika filed a case against Unway and had the case ongoing for a long time. However, she dropped all the charges against him. Moreover, Malika did not release any further details in this matter.
As for the alleged rapist, Carter claims that their physical relationship did occur, but it happened under Malika’s consent.
Malika Sued Her Ex-Husband Sam Kinison’s Brother
Not so long ago, Malika made the highlights when she filed a complaint against her late husband’s brother, William Kinison. After 17 years of Sam’s death, on June 22, 2009, Malika filed a lawsuit in L.A. County Superior Court.
According to Malika, William forged Sam’s will, his signature, and claimed his property. As a result, Malika claimed, the lion’s share of Sam’s estate went to his bro.
Many raised the question of the delayed lawsuit. But Malika says she was in the dark until June 2007, when a friend of Sam’s allegedly confessed that he was also in on the forgery.
But no details of the lawsuit are available. In fact, Malika went off track and media sometime after the unproven claims.
