Max and his twin brother were born seven weeks premature however both siblings’ health didn’t have any major problems and their arrival had a profound effect on their actor father.
Sometime after their birth, Charlie while talking to InTouch said,
“There are days I don’t even want to go to work because I want to be with my family.”
Sheen also revealed how confused and baffled he was after his twins’ birth. According to Max’s mother, Sheen at the time was being great; going into the nursery as well as managing both Max and his brother.
The Platoon actor said his twin sons had made him a better man.
Max’s Parents are Both Actors
Max’s father’s real name is Carlos Irwin Estevez but he is known professionally as Charlie Sheen. He was born on September 3, 1965, in New York City, U.S. He is also the son of actor Martin Sheen and artist Janet Templeton. Sheen has three siblings, two older brothers Emilion and Ramon, and one younger sister, Renee. Similar to Charlie, his bother and sisters are also actors.
During his early days, Charlie attended Santa Monica High School, for graduation but before Sheen finished high school, he was expelled from it for poor grades and attendance.

Brooke attended Benjamin School in Palm Beach, where she was a cheerleader. She has one brother Scott Allen Mueller and a half-sister, Sydney Wolofsky.

Mueller has also worked as a real estate investor. In 2012, Mueller purchased a house from Melaine Janie Brown and refurbished it. Later on, after nine months, she resold it and made a profit of $500,000.
Brooke Mueller And Charlie Sheen’s Relationship Became Messy Few Months After Max Birth
Charlie and Brooke were introduced to each other by their mutual friend, Rebecca Gayheart in 2006. The duo then got engaged in 2007. Muller tied the knot with Charlie on May 30, 2008, as the third wife of Charlie Sheen. After a year of their marriage, Mueller gave birth to two sons, Max and Bob Sheen (2009).

Then a couple of months before his 1st birthday, his father, Charlie was arrested on suspicion of domestic abuse on December 25, 2009. Mueller told police (per their report) that her husband held a knife to her throat and said, “You better be in fear.” But Sheen later insisted that his wife was the aggressor.
Sheen reportedly told the cops that Mueller got jealous because he had “shared a song for his daughter, whom he fathered with another woman,” and then Sheen got angry because Mueller threatened to divorce him and get sole custody of their sons.
Department Of Children And Family Service didn’t give Max and his brother’s Custody to their mom
In 2001, before her marriage to her ex-husband, Charlie, she was arrested in Miami – Dade Country, Florida for Cocaine Possession.
Years later in May 2013, the house that Mueller and her kids were living in was declared unsafe when she was suspected of drug use.
Following that, the Department of Children and Family Service pulled the custody of Max and his twin brother from Mueller. The actress joined a rehab program soon after and a year later she gained back her children’s custody.
Max Sheen Also Lived With His Father’s Ex, Denise; The Situation However Wasn’t Easy
After Mueller lost the guardianship of her sons, Charlie’s ex-wife and actress, Denise Richards would be the one to get Max and Bob’s custody.
Richards, however, would withdraw herself from the responsibility later that same year with the actress claiming that the boys were being too much to handle because of their violent behavior towards herself, her daughters, and animals.
In an interview, talking about the issue, Richards reported that several times, Max acted very sensitively and aggressively. She told that he and his brother would have violent mood swings and that they would throw any objects anywhere.
Sheen’s ex, however, said that the boys were loving and kind nonetheless.
After Richards, Max Went On To Live With His Grandparents
After Richards backed out from taking care of Max and Bob, the boys went on to live with their grandparents. In 2016, Max’s grandmother appeared in an interview and while speaking in regard to the boys and said,
“The boys are with me now and they are doing great, They are both in school here in Utah.”
Then in 2019, a source close to Max and his grandparents told People that he and his brother were doing fine. The boys had joined a local school in Utah.
Where Is Max Sheen Now; Is He On Social Media?
Aside from the aforesaid statements, there hasn’t been any development with regard to Max and Bob’s story; especially what the boys have been doing recently.
Further, neither of the twins seems to be that active on social media be it Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter. However, back in Aug 2018, their father, Sheen, did mention Bob having some sort of account on such hangouts.

Charlie is a family man, he has three daughters and two sons from his three wives including Brooke Mueller.
Sheen had his first oldest daughter, Cassandra Estevez from his previous relationship with Paula Profit on December 12, 1984. The couple was just in a relationship but never married.
Sheen married his first wife, Donna Peele on September 3, 1995. The couple was together for only a year and finalized their divorce in 1996.
