In an interview with ET Canada, Trish opened up her struggle with her second pregnancy. The couple tried to conceive a second child since the birth of their first child.
Stratus initially had a positive pregnancy test. However, two months later they had a miscarriage. She later best prepared her body to conceive naturally. The fitness guru followed some traditional Chinese medicine and also looked into homeopathic remedies, naturopathic remedies to boost fertility. And finally, she got pregnant.

Trish also told Muscle Memory Magazine about her struggle to fall pregnant with her second baby,
“We had a bit of a tough time conceiving the second time around, so when I finally got pregnant I was super cautious and followed my caregiver’s guidance to take it easy.”
