The Karate face of America, Chuck Norris has been synonymous with martial arts and a tough guy symbol for more than six decades. Although now in his 80s, the black belt in Jiu-Jitsu appears far from retirement.
And carrying on the legacy is his youngest son, Dakota Norris. Still in his teens, Dakota seemingly is the enhanced rendering of his father with the same bushy hair and an unparalleled fighting stature.

Who is Dakota Norris?
Born August 30, 2001, the junior-most Norris is a fourth-degree black belt in martial arts. Dakota studies at Blinn College in Brenham, Texas, and went to Anderson Shiro Junior/Senior High School in Anderson, Texas. He lives in Navasota, Texas, and has a twin sister, Danilee Norris, who also holds a black belt in martial arts.

In fact, the twin siblings have even started to train together. Dakota has been training under his father’s tutelage since his childhood. The veteran Hollywood actor has featured his son in several of his Total Gym commercials.
As of recently, Dakota is also pursuing his interest in kickboxing.
Who Is Dakota Norris Dating?
Norris through his Facebook has confirmed that he is in a relationship. While a bit clear picture of his dating life can be seen on his Instagram. He’s been with his girlfriend, Ashleigh since November 6, 2018. In fact, they were also each other’s prom dates.
The couple seemingly has a big fondness for golden retrievers. Through their social media, Dakota and Ashleigh occasionally share their doings with each of their gun dogs. On their second anniversary of being together, Chuck’s youngest son shared a picture of himself and his girlfriend penned, “Happy 2 year anniversary to my love.”

On October 17, 2019, he commemorated his beloved’s birthday by writing her a doting bouquet of words. Sharing a series of imaging from their love-filled moments, Dakota wrote, “Happy Birthday to the most amazing girl on this planet. You have blessed my life in so many ways and I thank God every day for him putting you in my life. I love you so much baby and hope you have the best 18th birthday.”
How Did Dakota’s Parents Meet?
Chuck’s second wife and Dakota’s mother, Gena O’Kelley was once a fashion star. She married the Chun Kuk Do founder on November 28, 1998. Dakota’s ma was previously married to Gordon Hinschberger with whom she has two children, Kelley and Tim.

Chuck first encountered Gena O’Kelley in 1997 at a restaurant in Dallas. The Hitman star who was at the time on a date with another woman noted the then model, O’ Kelley. After that, he asked his manager to get her number.
Apparently, the now long-time partner of Norris was then an actress for a local theater. The couple has 23 years of age gap. They exchanged vows on November 28, 1998.
Dakota’s mother has appeared in CBS’ sitcom, Yes, Dear, and hosted a Christian-oriented talk program, Praise The Lord. In 2009, she cameoed on Fox’s Hannity as herself. Her other works in the media include TV2 Nyhetene (2019), and the Factor (2012).

When diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis O’ Kelley was injected with gadolinium during an MRI. However, she went on to have some long-term repercussions.

In 2017, Dakota’s mom sued the companies that created the product. The dispute eventually ended at Norris’s own request in January 2020 with no settlement and each side agreeing to cover its own legal expenses. This was also the very moment when Colonel James Braddock decided to take retirement from his acting career.
Dakota Norris Has five half siblings
Excluding Danilee, the young Norris has a total of five half-siblings. His father’s marriage with his high school sweetheart, Dianne Holchek produced two sons, Mike Norris and Eric Norris. His pop also had another daughter, Dina Norris from an extramarital affair in which the Delta Force star was involved during his affiliation with, Holchek.

Norris’ daughter out of wedlock was conceived during his time in the US Air Force. In his biography, The Missing in Action star revealed he found out about Dina only in 1991, when she was 26.
