Back in Christmas 2020, the five-foot-ten supermodel shared a doting picture of herself sharing a spirited holiday kiss with a Danish model, Freja Beha Erichsen.

The incident wasn’t the first time Rompaey had introduced the brunette beauty to her followers. In fact, Erichsen had starred in Rianne’s moblog exactly a year earlier. Happenstance or not, she first presented her partner in Christmas of 2019. The then topless picture of her bae was hard to ignore.

But few could have guessed things being pretty deep between the androgynous diva and the Hoofddorp native.

It was her December 30, 2020 post which once and for all confirmed that she was indeed in love. Wishing the Queen of Cool, her birth anniversary, the bold model wrote,

In June 2020, yet again through her Insta, Rianne revealed she had been spending the pandemic and lockdown with her girlfriend. Once again, uploading her better half’s semi-naked picture, Van Rompaey penned,

“For the new issue of @vogueparis @emmanuellealt sent us a bunch of clothes to shoot around the house during the lockdown. It has become an intimate portrait of the strange time we have been going through and makes me feel very grateful for having spent that time together. Thank you @emmanuellealt for the lovely opportunity.”

The Roskilde-born girlfriend of Rompaey was born on 18th October 1987, she is a graduate of Frederiksberg Gymnasium (high school), Denmark.
